McCormick's Creek State Park, Spencer, Indiana

McCormick's Creek State Park in Spencer, Indiana, was our mini adventure this week. We got sprinkled out and didn't get to see and do anywhere near as much as I'd hope, but the weather looks good for next week to try again. We never can get enough of this gorgeous park...especially during fall! I believe the park is almost at peak and full of glorious color right now so if you live in Indiana it would be worth the trip.

Blue Sky & Corn Fields

While driving through the country last week, I was able to snap this pic of some Indiana farmland. The day was a bit hazy and I added some textures to bring out the colors of the landscape. I love playing with textures and adding a bit of drama here and there.

Life in Bloomington, Indiana

Here are a few pic taken over the last month. One is my daughter and grandson and the other is our new household member, Rolo. We believe he is an Australia shepherd mix. He is full of energy and mischief that is fur sure!
