Our Sweet Little Tabitha

Here are a few shots I captured of our second grandchild, Tabitha, born April 24th. This was taken at her two week mark. She was so tiny at birth and has been filling out nicely with each passing week. She's a keeper.

 

A Trip to the County

This last Saturday, my family and I went to the country to do some target shooting. Here are some of my favs of that day. Spending time together with our family is one of the highlights in our life!

Beautiful Black & White

Love this pic of my grandson, Jonah, taken on the 28th. His newest thing is to play under the kitchen table which explains the bars at the sides of this photo. I enjoy catching kids doing the things they do. He has such gorgeous brown eyes. =)

A Big One Year Old!

People who take pics of small children, I take my hat off to you! This was some serious work to get my grandson to show some kind of happiness...and from the pics you can see he was all over the place in his moods, but I like it this way...very natural and not stiff. These were taken with my external flash on camera...had to shoot straight up and bounce light off the ceiling to avoid harsh shadows. I just purchased a white background/support system from B&H...you do what you can with what you have! I'll do better when I have a couple 430EX flashes. =)

My daughter drew this pic of Sponge Bob many years ago for one of her art lessons while she was home schooled. It hangs in a large frame at the top of my stairs...I love my children's artwork! So of course, I took a pic of it! lol!
