Tuesday Oct. 10th ~Rock Bridge State Park, Columbia, Missouri

Yesterday the boys, myself and the weenies went to Rock Bridge State Park south of Columbia, Missouri. A friend skipped a class at MU and met up with us at the park. These are some of my fav pics taken yesterday. 

The leaves are dropping and have changed the landscape since last week's trip to the Pinnacles. I want to catch as much as I can before it is gone for the year.

Fall at the Pinnacles Youth Park, Columbia, Missouri

Today the boys, weenies and myself went to the Pinnacles Youth Park located just north of Columbia, Missouri, off highway 63. The color is just gorgeous right now so get your camera and head on out! We took our portable grill and cooked lunch then we walked some of the trails and took in the gorgeous fall scenery. If you have never been, you must give it a try...you won't be disappointed. Oh, it's free too. =)

Love this pic of my son, Barak, and our teenie weenie, Rocky. So much gorgeous color!! The sun was shining in this little clearing of yellow leaves on a dry creek bed. The lighting was just beautiful...love the result! I will add more photos from today as I get them processed.

Today my husband and I went to Columbia, home of the amazing Tigers, to eat at Red Lobster and catch a movie. The movie was "Hanna" which was a disappointment to me as I thought it was an action flick in the strain of "Salt"...NOT. It was more of a psychological thriller and slow in parts...the lunch was amazing though! We even went to Best Buy to spend a $25 certificate and I got the pleasure of drooling over the Mac desktop and notebooks which I do every time I go! Man, I want one of those!! lol! All in all, it was a great day!
