A view of fall at Teal Lake today
Our house was being shown today so I went to Teal Lake to check my email & take some pics while I waited to go back home. There wasn't the gorgeous color of Pinnacles as there aren't the same kind of trees at Teal, but I am happy with what I got.

I took some pics this winter of Teal Lake and now that spring has arrived I thought I'd snap a few today. I was quickly reminded of what warmer weather brings to lake areas when a water moccasin slithered in the grass just below my feet down to the embankment...you can make his body out and a small part of his head. It's hard to focus in so much brush, but you get the point. He went his way...and I went mine.

Still so much snow...

Taken on Teal Lake this evening..so much snow on the ground still. Should melt off next week with temps forecast to be in the fifties!
