Cardinal Nest

As my son was coming out our front door, he was startled by a female cardinal as she flew out of a large bush. When I looked into the shrub, this is what we found...a nest with three little eggs. I see more pics on this subject in the days/weeks to come. =)

The Nut Gatherer

While on my lunch hour today, I found this little guy eating his lunch too. I put some squirrel food in the bird bath as we have many squirrels that live in our oak trees. From this picture, it looks like he is taking some for a snack later! These furry little tree rats drive my teenie weenies nuts! lol!
